Ingredientes
4 normal potatoes
1/2 glass of milk
Flour
An egg white
1 sachet of “El Tigre” baking soda (5 g.)

Preparación

1-Peel the potatoes and boil them. 2-After boiling them remove them and mash them up into a purée. Separate in a bowl. 3-Beat the white up until stiff and add the purée. 4-Add a little milk and flour. Go on beating until it becomes a thick but not hard mix. If it still looks too runny go on adding flour. 5-When it gets to the right point add the sachet of El Tigre baking soda and mix up well. 6-Heat up the oil well and use a soup spoon to take spoonfuls of the mix and pour into the frying pan
