Preparación
1-Make the icing sugar with a little lemon peel, and add all the ingredients except for the baking soda. Mix up for 30 seconds at speed 4, add the sachets of El Tigre baking soda,<br />separately, and mix up for 10 seconds at speed two. 2-Rub a baking tray with a little oil and sprinkle with flour. Place the mix in the tray, sprinkle this with mixed sugar and cinnamon. 3-Place in the oven (already heated) at medium heat for roughly 30 minutes. When this is already cooked, keep for 5 minutes in the oven, switched off, so it does not droop again.
