Preparación
There are several ways to make flour sponge. You can put one spoonful of gluten-free cocoa if you want this chocolate- flavoured or add lemon rind and lemon juice, lemon flavouring, a little over one spoonful of Nesquick. Put the butter with the sugar in the glass and beat up a little. Add the two eggs, beat up and then the flour, El Tigre baking soda, the vanilla flavouring and the Nesquick. Beat up a little more and put in the oven, preheated at 180º, for 25 minutes.
