Ingredientes
200 g. sugar
3 eggs
125 c.c. milk
100 c.c. oil
250 g. flour
Powdered cinnamon
3 sachets of “El Tigre” baking soda (15 g.)
Grated lemon

Preparación

1-Place all the ingredients in a bowl: mix them up well until you get a smooth mixture. 2-The mix should be left for 15 minutes. 3-Fill the moulds half way up. 4-Sprinkle the moulds with the cinnamon and place in the oven at 150º for 30 minutes.
