Preparación
1-Place the egg yolks in a bowl with the sugar and beat up until you get a creamy mixture. 2-Add the butter, cold coffee, flour mixed with El Tigre baking soda, the stiff egg whites and the almonds. 3-All of this should be placed in a greased mould and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 150º
