1 tablet of Valor pure chocolate, for the covering.
175 g. sugar
125 g. flour
A little salt (to beat up the egg whites)
Cognac.
75 g. powdered chocolate
Cream
Butter
1 sachet of “El Tigre” baking soda (5 g.)
6 eggs

Preparación
1-Separate the whites from the yolks. 2-Mix the sugar with the yolks until you obtain a white spongy mixture. 3- Add the flour and the powdered chocolate to this mixture little by little, not with a mixer. 4-Beat up the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add the El Tigre baking soda. <br />5-Manually stir up the two mixtures that you have made. There should be no lumps left. 6-Rub a mould with butter and pour in the mixture. 7-Heat up the oven to the maximum temperature for 10 min. 8-Put in the cake for 40 min. (approx.) at 180º. 9-Soaking mixture: Boil the cognac with water and sugar. 10-Cut the cake open half way across and pour the liquid onto the two halves. 11-Beat up the cream (with a little salt) and sugar, and spread across the cake. 11-Join the two halves. 12-Melt the tablet of pure chocolate with a little butter (so it shines) and cover the cake. 13-Put this into the fridge until the chocolate goes hard and then decorate it.
