1 sachet of vanilla sugar

2 sachets of “Gaseosa El Tigre” sweetened baking soda (10g.)

Preparación
Place 3 egg yolks, the sugar, butter, milk, vanilla sugar and the sweetened baking soda in a bowl and mix up thoroughly. Add flour to the previous mix. Add the egg whites - stiffly beaten up to peaks - to the mix obtained. Pour all of this into a mould well rubbed with butter and place into a hot oven for 30 or 40 minutes.
