Almond sponge cake
Preparación
Mix the ground almonds with the potato starch and the sachet of "El Tigre" sweetened baking soda and separate. Thoroughly beat up the whites to peaks in a recipient and add the yolks and the sugar. Then add the starch mixed with the ground almonds and the "El Tigre" baking soda. Use a spatula to stir up very slowly and pour into a mould previously rubbed with butter and sprinkled with flour. Place in a moderate oven for 35 minutes at about 150º.
