Ingredientes
100 g. butter
100 g. sugar
3 eggs
125 g. flour
1 sachet of “Gaseosa El Tigre” sweetened baking soda (5gr)
100 g. coconut

Preparación

Put the butter (soft) along with the sugar, the eggs, the flour and the sweetened soda, mix up thoroughly and add the coconut. Rub a mould with butter and pour in the mix. Place in the oven at 180º until this is cooked.
