250 g. butter
250 g. flour
200 g. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 glass of anisette
1 Sachet of sweetened "Gaseosa El Tigre" soda.
Lemon rind
Icing sugar

MADELEINE SPONGE CAKES

Preparación

Put the eggs, sugar and lemon rind into a recipient. Beat it all up for a few minutes until you get a very foamy cream. Then add anisette, stir up and add the butter and lastly the flour mixed with the sweetened baking soda. This mix should be poured into the Madeleine moulds, without filling them too much. Bake them in the oven at a high temperature until they rise and become golden brown. When baked they should be sprinkled with icing sugar.
