60 g. slightly melted butter
4 spoons of cold milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

2 sachets of “Gaseosa El Tigre” sweetened baking soda (10g.)

Preparación
Place 3 egg yolks, the sugar, butter, milk and vanilla sugar with the sweetened baking soda in a bowl and mix up thoroughly. Add the flour to the previous mix. Add the egg whites, stiffly beaten up to peaks, to the mix obtained. Pour all of this into a mould well rubbed with butter and place in a hot oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
